Petya Dombalova has worked for the Chelopech and Krumovgrad projects as Manager Legal for almost over 6 years. She is responsible for a wide range of activities, among which include providing advice to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director and the senior management of both the local companies related to Chelopech and BMM, and the international parent company and its subsidiaries on all legal aspects of the Companies' business; organizing meetings of the Boards of Directors and General Meeting of Shareholders of the Companies and preparing the necessary legal documents; drafting Companies' corporate legal documents and negotiating Companies' commercial contracts such as services, purchasing, lease, loans and securities; processing applications for obtaining permits and licences necessary for the carrying out of the business of the Companies;

Prior to joining the company Petya has worked for a number of international projects including the Homestake Mining Company Investment Project for Chelopech Mine. On behalf of the Bulgarian Chamber of Chemical Industry she worked on the Project of the Impact of the European Committee White Book upon the Chemical Legislation of the CEE Countries, carried out under PHARE programme and the Project on National Profile for Chemicals Management.

Petya holds Master's Degree in Law and a Diploma in English Commercial Law with Merit from the College of Law of England and Wales, London, UK.
