Mihail Mihailov is a qualified Mining Engineer, with over 15 years of work experience in the mining industry, mostly in underground operations. Mihail has worked as a shift boss, mine captain, technologist and mine manager at Osogovo underground mine.

Mihail’s career in Chelopech started as a technologist, later moving into his main area of interest - safety management. His practical experience and range of qualifications result in him providing a practical and effective contribution to operational safety.
