Vladislava Radneva

Effective 28th August 2007 Chelopech Mining EAD has a new HR Manager – Vladislava Radneva. Vladislava is a psychologist and has substantial experience in HR management. Within her priorities will be all human resources activities associated with Chelopech, including training, development, medical care and labor related issues, with a strong focus on labor relations and interactions with the department managers for all workforce issues.

Performance management, training and career development, organizational structuring, counseling and mentoring with focus on change management communication are some of the fields Vladislava has gained her experience in Bulgarian and international companies.
