He has 30 years of professional, industry and consulting experience covering business and project analyses, economic evaluation, strategic planning, industry analysis, market investigation, project development and project management. Geoff's particular expertise is economic evaluation for all types of resource and technology projects. Assignments are typically related to feasibility studies, acquisitions, negotiations with project partners to raise finance and to assess project viability across a broad range of industry sectors, particularly technology and resource sectors and their service industries. Amongst his responsibilities have been assessments of resources projects worldwide, including gold, nickel, copper, zinc, lead, mineral sands, vermiculite, pulp and paper and a range of other non-minerals projects. Other assignments have included market development for industrial minerals, strategic planning and corporate development, and independent expert and valuation reports for minerals technologies. He has published several papers on economic evaluation of projects and has served on committees of resources industry organisations. Geoff holds an Engineering Degree and a Masters in Business Administration and a Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
